"Titser" explores corruption in the educational system in its second episode, Aug. 18

In its second episode, GMA News TV’s original series Titser begins to explore the issue of corruption in the educational system.

Top students Michelle and Rosa, played by Lovi Poe and Mara Lopez, are in a tightly contested battle for the valedictorian post. The school Principal, brilliantly portrayed by Cinemalaya Best Actress Irma Adlawan, pits the girls against each other in a series of interviews.

But competition is set aside when the girls discover something is terribly amiss in San Simeon High School -- resulting in the suspension of their mentor Ma'am Sandra, played by Agot Isidro.

The journey of the girls from innocent childhood to maturity begins.  This is just the start of an
epic series, part of GMA News TV's mission of producing television for social change.
