As of Monday, there are 167,515 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 6,606 deaths according to WHO data.

We asked overseas Pinoys about the situation in their current location and here are their responses.

California, USA

Ubusan ng rice, toilet paper, bread, water. Skilled nursing facilities and hospital has NO visitors allowed except for compassionate reason (hospice, etc.) Even hospital supplies like mask we need to be a good steward of using our supplies. People were encouraged to stay home. Schools, malls, gyms, bars are closed; restaurants to-go and delivery only.

Hawaii, United States

The hotel industry saw the big drop of their hotel occupancy. The schools cancelled their classes. People panic buying from the grocery store, no more toilet paper, rice, and sanitizers.

Milan, Italy

Kahit tumataas ang bilang ng namamatay at nahahawaan dito, I stay positive.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Muscat, Oman

Sarado na rin ang lahat ng mga eskwelahan dito sa Oman, lockdown na rin ang lahat ng border entries based on land, air, and sea transport for a month. We are still working, wala namang tension sa Muscat as the Ministers are doing their best to find ways and means to slow down the rapid transmission of the virus.

Hong Kong

Sa awa ni Lord wala na masyado case dito.

Singapore

Tuloy ang buhay, kailangan gumalaw. Wala dapat paapekto, pray and [stay] positive. Proper hygiene and social distance. --MGP, GMA News
