Citing upcoming Philippine and United States holidays, the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. will be closed for three days: August 29 and 30 and September 5. The Embassy listed the holidays as:

  • Philippine National Heroes Day, August 29;
  • Eid'l Fitr, August 30, and
  • United States Labor Day In case of emergency, the Embassy can be reached via mobile phone at 202-368-2767. - GMA News
