The man suspected of killing three Filipinos and one other victim in Northridge, California was formally charged with four counts of murder by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Ka Pasasouk and three other suspects allegedly shot the victims on December 2 last year, a report of the news site Asian Journal said. The victims — Filipinos Robert Calabia, Teofilo Navales, Amanda Ghossein, and Korean-American Jennifer Kim — were allegedly killed outside an unlicensed boarding house. On December 3 last year, Pasasouk reportedly fled to Las Vegas. He was then arrested shortly after, along with three suspected accomplices in the murders. According to the report, authorities believe that the murders were due to an argument over personal belongings. Pasasouk was previously accused of grand theft, drug possession, and robbery. He may be sentenced to death if found guilty. - Andrei Medina, VVP, GMA News
