The mother of Mary Jane Veloso, the Filipina on death row in Indonesia over a drug conviction, executed an affidavit on April 17 detailing her daughter's ordeal. In her sworn statement, Celia Fiesta Veloso narrated the circumstances that led to her daughter's arrest and the effort of the family to save Mary Jane's life.
