PH ambassador praises resilience of Filipinos in Gaza

The Philippine Ambassador to Jordan lauded the strength and resilience of stranded Filipinos in Gaza.

In a 24 Oras Weekend report by Raffy Tima, Ambassador Wilfredo Santos shared that Filipinos maintained their sense of bayanihan and community despite the dangers and deprivations.

“They are being very resourceful. They have no choice eh because they have to survive this ordeal and try to get out of Gaza,” Santos said.

Meanwhile, the Philippine Embassies in Cairo and Israel were still waiting for the Egyptian government to allow the crossing of foreign nationals in Gaza through the Rafah Border following the entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
