2 missing OFWs in Hong Kong found safe - PH Consulate
The Philippine Consulate in Hong Kong confirmed on Friday that the two Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who were reported missing for nearly two weeks have been found safe.
According to JP Soriano of GMA Integrated News, the two Filipinas were located in Hong Kong are now safe.

The Migrant Workers Office earlier reported the two missing after they returned from a hiking trip. They were last seen on October 4 in Tsuen Wan District.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac said the two OFWs have been taken to the MWO-OWWA office in Hong Kong.
He said they were picked up from a police station and are safe and sound.
Cacdac added they will be repatriated soon.

The OFWs were identified as as Imee Mahilum Pabuaya, 23, and Aleli Perez Tibay, 33.
The Consulate has not yet released further details on their condition or the circumstances of their disappearance. —RF/AOL, GMA Integrated News
