PH Embassy provides free legal advice to Filipinos in US

The Philippine Embassy has provided legal assistance to several Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in the United States.

According to a statement released Thursday, the Philippine Embassy in Washington provided legal aid for eight individuals.

Clients through the embassy’s free legal aid consulted lawyer Atty. Dion Romano on property, contracts, and family law.

“Clients shared their appreciation for having a secure and supportive space where they could discuss legal matters and receive expert guidance on navigating the Philippine legal system,” the statement read.

The recently concluded clinic, held on April 17, was the third free legal aid clinic on Philippine law conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. — Jiselle Anne C. Casucian/RSJ, GMA News
