WILD CASES
Who would’ve thought that fish can be put to sleep?
Or that sometimes, dolphins need life vests too?
This Sunday on Born Impact, your favorite host-veterinarians tackle the weirdest animal cases brought to their attention.

Doc Nielsen Donato, in his effort to help puzzled fisher folk determine whether what they see in their waters is a deadly piranha or another type of fish, had to sedate one to know more about its anatomy.

He also encounters a python with a severely damaged tail that needs to be amputated. But before he can treat the snake, he has to overcome the python’s fierceness and powerful ability to constrict and crush whoever tries to handle it.

Meanwhile, Doc Ferds Recio, together with the best horse veterinarians in the country, treats a horse with a damaged leg. The team of doctors go to extreme lengths to correct the damage, even using an endoscope to treat it.

He also joins a team of marine mammal experts in saving a pilot whale diagnosed with a respiratory problem. In an effort to save the dying whale, they make an improvised floater to help it swim.
Even animals deserve the best care and treatment; catch Born Impact this Sunday, 9:30am after AHA!
