“Ocean Giants”
The ocean makes up most of the Earth’s surface. And underneath the “big blue” are millions of creatures, from the miniscule to the massive.
Because of its sheer size, the ocean supports so many forms of life, including marine giants. These giants reign underwater with their magnificence and many are at the top of the food chain. But even their size is no match to the threats humans have brought upon the sea.

This Sunday, Doc Ferds Recio and Doc Nielsen Donato bring us their up close encounters with the sea giants. Gentle whale sharks, colorful napoleon wrasse, and acrobatic dolphins are just some of the creatures documented by the wild vets and their dive teams.
Why is it important to keep seeing these giants in the ocean? And what happens to our ecosystem if their numbers collapse?
