Hanep Buhay - 1 year na! (Part 2)


HANEP BUHAY 1st ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL Part 2 - October 22, 2011 Last Saturday, we tasted the sumptuous barbeque treats from Dannylicious, Neneng’s, Lydia’s, and Noel’s Barbeque. This Saturday, it’s time for our four ka-partners to taste the fruits of their labor! Along with Chris Tiu, Love Añover, and the Hanep Team, our hard working entre-Pinoys will be showered with free training and construction work hanep style! With the help of experts from the Center for Advanced Training in Food and Beverage Services, Hotel and Restaurant Chef's Association of the Philippines, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA, our kings and queens of barbeque will be taught the best practices on proper hygiene and sanitation for food handling. Chef Roberto Francisco, President of the Chef’s Association, meanwhile will also teach them some hanep tips on the right mix of ingredients to use to bring out the best taste from barbeque meat. And while all four of them are busy in the kitchen, the workers of San Jose Builders are also busy with the renovation of our ka-partners’ stores! Watch out for another hanep Saturday morning as we celebrate Part 2 of Hanep Buhay’s 3-part anniversary special! ______________ Noong nakaraang Sabado natikman natin ang sarap ng mga lutong barbeque ng Dannylicious, Neneng’s, Lydia’s, at Noel’s Barbeuque. Ngayong Sabado naman, kasama sina Chris Tiu, Love Añover, at ang Hanep Team, ang mga masisipag na may-ari ng barbeque grill ang siya namang makakatikim ng pag-asenso! Sa Part 2 special ng unang anibersaryo ng Hanep Buhay, pauulanan ng libreng training at construction ang mga barbeque connoissieur para lalong mapa-hanep ang kanilang negosyo! Sa tulong ng Center for Advanced Training in Food and Beverage Services, Hotel and Restaurant Chef's Association of the Philippines, at ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority o TESDA, ang grupo nina Nanay Crisanta ay matuturuan ng mga tamang paraan sa hygiene at sanitation sa food handling. Si Chef Roberto Francisco naman, Presidente ng Chef’s Association, ang siyang magtuturo ng tamang timpla at paghawak sa karne para lalong mapasarap ang mga inihaw specialty ng ating mga ka-partner. At habang tinuturuan sila ng mga bagong recipe, todo kayod naman ang mga taga San Jose Builders para lalong mapaganda ang bawat puwesto ng apat nating ka-partner! Abangan lahat ng iyan sa Part 2 special ng kauna-unahang anibersaryo ng Hanep Buhay: ang programang todo bigay sa inyong pag-asenso!
