Episode airs on Feb. 3, 2007 As the night deepens, nude dancers take to the stage at a bar in Sta. Mesa, Manila in what that establishment has dubbed its “big night". Even in its business permit, the bar is registered as a restaurant. Imbestigador tips authorities, who act to end the bar’s illegal operations. Barangay tanod, or village watchmen, are supposed to help keep peace and order in the community. But four men have complained against four village watchmen who supposedly hit them inside a videoke bar. A mobile “iridology" clinic goes around barangays (villages) offering supposedly free services but then ends up seeking payments from the residents. (Iridology practitioners claim to be able to diagnose disease by simply examining the eye’s iris.) Imbestigador finds out that the mobile clinic proclaims itself to be on a medical mission and that the “doctors" and the medicine they peddle are dubious.
