Amid the rubble left by Typhoon Yolanda, babies are born.
Howie Severino and his documentary team seek out newborn infants in the most desperate communities in Leyte and tell their stories: the dangers they face, the traumas of their surviving parents, the joy that they bring to their families.
The documentarists also shadow midwives living and working in the ruins, and helping pregnant survivors give birth to the newest residents of such a sorrowful place.
One of the midwives they encounter is Robin Lim, CNN Hero of the Year.
What Howie finds is not just sorrow but inspiration, not just victims but blessings.

Halos wala nang iniwan ang Typhoon Yolanda sa mga apektadong residente ng Leyte at Samar. Wasak ang kanilang mga tirahan, wala na silang kabuhayan, at salat pa sila sa pagkain.
Pero sa gitna ng delubyong iniwan nito, araw-araw, may batang isinisilang dito.
Hahanapin ni Howie Severino ang mga bagong silang na sanggol sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng Leyte para ibahagi ang mga storya nila ng panganib at pag-asa. Ibabahagi ng kanilang mga pamilya ang kani-kanilang paraan para itaguyod ang mga bagong silang.
