Sa Part 4 ng Spain food adventure ng Pinas Sarap, samahan si Kara David na libutin ang Madrid para sadyain ang mga sikat nilang pasyalan at siyempre para tikman ang masasarap na pagkaing Madrileno. Kakamustahin din natin ang mga kababayan nating nagtatrabaho at  naninirahan na sa Madrid.

Isa sa pinakadarayong kainan sa Madrid ang Sobrino de Botin na itinanghal na oldest restaurant in the world ng Guinness World Records. Dito titikman ni Kara ang mga natatangi nilang dish gaya ng calamares, croquettas, murcilla, sopa de ajo at ang ipinagmamalaki nilang cochinillo na nahahawig sa lechon de leche ng mga Pilipino.

Lalantakan din natin ang Spanish version ng ilan sa mga putaheng inihahain ng mga Pilipino na natutunan natin sa mga Espanyol gaya ng chicharrones at callos.

After our food adventure in Valencia, we will now bring you to Madrid for another gastronomic journey in part 4 of Pinas Sarap’s 2nd Anniversary Spain Special.

Join Kara David in her visit to Sobrino de Botin,  the oldest restaurant in the world! Kara will indulge her taste buds with their appetizers like calamares, croquettas, murcilla and sopa de ajo, ending her food experience with their classic dish, cuchinillo or roasted suckling pig. Kara will also try other dishes in Madrid like callos and chicharrones!
