English Version
The province of Bohol is one of the country’s primary tourist destinations. The island is famous for its attractions; these include the iconic Chocolate Hills, the smallest primates on Earth called Tarsiers, and a number of white sand beaches that are truly captivating.
Aside from the picture-perfect tourist spots, you’ll definitely enjoy your food tripping experience with the seafood dishes that Boholanos has to offer. “Lulubog-Lilitaw” is a small island located at southern seas of the province. Join Kara David as she visits the island’s seafood market where vendors sell freshly caught seafood that they cook on the spot! Ever tried abalone fried rice and grilled sea urchins or Siwaki?
Locals would also catch live crayfish or Takla in their mangrove areas, and cook it in Sinigang Broth or Coconut Cream Sauce.
Watch Bohol’s Seafood Dishes, a special episode of PINAS SARAP on Thursday, 7:15PM on GMA News TV.
