Metro Manila and most part of PHL will have partly cloudy skies
The northeasterly surface windflow will continue to affect Luzon and the Visayas on Friday, according to the early morning forecast by PAGASA.
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warns of the possibility of flash floods during severe thunderstorms.
The Bicol Region, eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeasterly surface windflow.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies also brought about by the northeasterly surface windflow.
The eastern sections of central and southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to occasionally strong wind speed moving northeastward. Coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Northern Luzon will have moderate to occasionally strong wind speed moving southeast to northeast while coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
The rest of the country will have slight to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
