Bluetooth showerhead lets you sing in the shower with music

This would be quite a Christmas gift for those who love to sing in the shower: a showerhead that doubles as a wireless speaker.

 

Dubbed "Moxie," the gadget made by Kohler can deliver up to seven hours of music —or news, or other audio— by pairing wirelessly with an audio device via Bluetooth.  

 

"Sync your device enabled with Bluetooth® technology with the wireless speaker from up to 32 feet away, and invite your playlist, podcast or live broadcast into the shower," Kohler said on its website.

 

"Just you + water + clean, clear sound," it added.

 

An article on tech site Mashable said the device "may seem counterintuitive at first sight," however.

 

Kohler said the sprayface has 60 angled nozzles that can deliver a "full, enveloping spray" while saving water at 2.0 to 2.5 gallons per minute.

 

A silicone sprayface allows easy wiping of mineral buildup.

 

Kohler also said the speaker plays wirelessly in or out of the shower, and can be charged up "to use in the kitchen or take to the beach."

 

Its magnetic speaker can dock securely into place for easy recharging of the built-in lithium-ion battery. — TJD, GMA News
