Thousands of classic MS-DOS games now available for free

So who says MS-DOS is hopelessly outdated? Not gaming fans, with the wide choice of nearly 2,400 games for the platform available online.

Thanks to the Internet Archive, gamers can play some 2,388 classics on their browsers, tech site The Verge reported.

But as the Internet Archive warns, these programs are still in beta, and there could be issues.

"Please be aware this browser-based emulation is still in beta," it said.
