Is this the world's most customizable Macbook case?
Tired of the old stickers and decals in decorating your MacBook? Why not try this LEGO-style case?
Enter the "Brik Case" by the Jolt Team, which claims to be the world's most customizable laptop case.
"Some people like to spice up their laptops with stickers on the back. We couldn’t help thinking, though, that stickers are sticky. Plus, once they’re stuck, you’re stuck. So we designed a case that permits constant change, collaboration, and originality," the team said on Kickstarter.
Besides, they said toy bricks are fun, colorful, and intuitive.
They said the case will be compatible with all major toy brick brands, "which means the sky is the limit!"
Brik Case will clip on and off the MacBook easily while the brick ridges make the laptop easier to grip and position.
The case comes with a bag of 100 1×1 bricks for $30, and fits fits MacBook Air and Retina MacBook Pro models manufactured in 2012 or later, The Next Web said.
It added that users can even add functionality "by building a holder for things like business cards and pens."
The Brik case is slateed to ship worldwide in August. — Joel Locsin/TJD, GMA News
