Heneral Luna battles pirates in this LEGO short

 

 

A short fanmade video by YouTube account Dudz Animations features a LEGO Heneral Luna saving the day after pirates attack, a reminder not to resort to illegal downloads and instead support movies by watching them in cinemas.

 

“Panoorin natin sa sinehan ang ating mga pelikula, huwag sa pirata,” says the video’s description.

 

Heneral Luna has been chosen to be the Philippines’ official entry into the Best Foreign Language Film category of the 2016 Oscars. It was pulled out of theaters early but was brought back after largely positive reactions to it on social media. — TJD, GMA News
