Batman stares down an angry Superman in new teaser

The world is still two months away from seeing the superhero confrontation of the century, but the isn’t stopping director Zack Snyder from hyping up interest for his follow-up to “Man of Steel” with this year’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”, as he releases one of the first bits of footage that isn’t from an existing trailer or TV Spot.

Attending this week’s episode of the Conan O’ Brien show as a guest, Snyder and Conan teased and subsequently revealed the very first clip from the film, which features a very intense confrontation between Henry Cavill’s Superman and Ben Affleck’s Batman.

After putting a stop to Batman’s attack with his signature ride, The Batmobile, Superman tears open the hood of the vehicle to reveal an unintimidated Dark Knight who quickly stands to face The Man Of Steel. Supes then leaves a stern and serious warning to Bats: “Next time you see your light in the sky, don’t go to it. The Bat is dead. Buried. Consider this mercy.”

Not one to take that kind of message lightly, Batman quickly retorts and says to a leaving Superman “Tell me… Do You Bleed?” Superman then flies away without even answering The Dark Knight’s question, but Bats finishes his response and says “You Will”.

If that wasn’t enough of a clear indication to fans that this movie will be epic… Then better watch the clip again and take a second look at what comic book greatness will come to life.
