'Mad Max-style' marijuana catapult discovered on Mexico-US border
US officials found a strange machine last week on the US-Mexico border: a makeshift catapult that may have been used to throw bundles of marijuana over the border fence.
"It's a strange 'Mad Max'-style contraption made of metal parts and springs with a rope attached to pull it down for loading and flinging," said CNet's Amanda Kooser.

On February 10, US agents happened on a group of people running away from a section of the border fence in Douglas, Arizona. They found the catapult system attached to the fence's south side, as well as two bundles containing 47 pounds worth of marijuana.
The catapult was subsequently dismantled and seized by Mexican authorities in coordination with their US counterparts. — GMA News
