PHL in Top 10 of Pornhub's visitors, still 1st on time spent watching

Filipinos are still are on top for the fifth straight year.

Numbers from Porhub's 2018 Year in Review revealed that visitors from the Philippines spent the most time watching content from the adult video streaming site at 13 minutes and 50 seconds, up a further 22 seconds from 2017.

The Philippines also leaped three ranks up and broke into the Top 10 countries who visit the website daily. The United States still contributes the highest daily traffic to Pornhub, followed by the United Kingdom and India.

Women of the Philippines set a record for 2018 as well: the country has the highest male-to-female viewer ratio at 62% to 38%.

The average age of Filipino Pornhub visitors is 40, but the age group that visits the most (33%) are 25- to 34-year-olds.

The medium of choice of most viewers is now the mobile phone (71.6%). Only 19.7% of viewers still watch on their desktop. The phone is also the screen of choice of Filipinos at 86%. Only 8% of Filipino viewers continue to be committed to the desktop experience.

Some shocking trivia includes the fact that Elastigirl, the matriarch from Pixar's "The Incredibles" is the second most popular fictional character on Pornhub. Another curious top search is for Bowsette, a fan-made character from the Super Mario universe.

It may be a strange comfort for some to know that Pinay is the top search for Filipinos. However, Japanese adult video star Maria Ozawa is still a fan favorite. Pinoy also love hentai, after all.
