Google celebrates PHL Independence Day with latest doodle

Google is celebrating Philippine Independence Day with its latest doodle.

Instead of its usual logo, the search engine features the Philippine flag swaying in the wind.

Clicking the image will lead to search results of "Philippines Independence Day."

The Philippines is marking its 121st Independence Day on Wednesday.

This is the tenth time that Google has honored the Philippine Independence Day with a specially-designed doodle. Last year, Google Philippines joined the Filipino people in recognizing its 120th Independence Day with a doodle featuring the country’s rich marine life. —Jessica Bartolome/KBK/LA, GMA News
