LTO's alleged Facebook page 'hacked', but DOTr says it's fake

Netizens woke up on Saturday and made fun of an alleged Land Transportation Office Facebook page which seemed to have been hacked.

The page streamed what seemed to be a Call of Duty mobile game.

"Land Transportation Office (LTO) - GAMING #SupportLocalStreamer AWIT SAYO ANG LAKAS NAMAN SIR ???????? NAG STREAM PA NGAAAAAA ???? LTO LANG MALAKAS ???????? MAY PA GIVE-AWAY ATA NA LISENSYA TO ????Baka may matanggal sa trabaho sa Lunes ???? Tinanggal na yung Stream pero maraming nakapag SS ???? Gudlaaaaaaaak. Stream pa," netizen Maria Jesica Austriaco posted on Facebook, sharing screenshots.

Many other netizens commented on the alleged LTO Facebook page with the name "Land Transportation Office - (LTO)."

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) however told GMA News Online the said Facebook page is fake.

GMA News Online has reached out to the LTO for comment. —with a report from Ted Cordero/KG, GMA News
