Samsung and Apple users can now share files through AirDrop support
Samsung and Apple users can now easily share files through AirDrop and Quick Share.
According to an announcement made by Samsung, AirDrop support will first be available on the Galaxy 26 series, with additional devices to be announced at a later date.
The feature started to be available on March 23, first in Korea, then expanding to Asia, Europe, and America.
To transfer files from Samsung to Apple, first check for updates on your Samsung S26. Once your phone is updated, go to settings, then connected devices, and Quick Share.
The "Share with Apple Devices" option would then be available, so click on the button to activate it.
To share a photo with an Apple user, go to the photo gallery, tap share, tap Quick Share, then tap on the Apple device to share. Apple users can also send photos to Samsung users through AirDrop. —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA News
