Light rain expected over the Batanes, Cagayan – PAGASA

The Batanes and Cagayan could expect cloudy conditions accompanied with light rain due a frontal system, weather service PAGASA reported in a Tuesday morning forecast.

The frontal system would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions and light rain over Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

The whole of Mindanao could meanwhile expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions accompanied with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The rest of the country would be partly cloudy to cloudy conditions due to a high pressure-area ridge.

Winds would be moderate to strong from the northeast over northern Luzon, where coastal waters would be moderate to rough.

Over the rest of Luzon, winds would light to moderate from the east to southeast with  slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.

Finally, winds over the rest of the country would be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate coastal waters. — DVM, GMA News
