Isolated rain expected over the Bicol, Eastern Visayas Regions
The Bicol and the Eastern Visayas Regions could expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions accompanied with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies, weather service PAGASA reported in a Tuesday morning forecast.
The rest of the country could meanwhile experience partly cloudy conditions.
Winds would be moderate to occasionally strong from the east to northeast over the eastern sections of Central and southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, with coastal waters along these areas expected to be from moderate to occasionally rough.
Over northern Luzon, winds would be moderate to occasionally strong from the northeast with moderate to occasionally rough surrounding sea conditions.
Wind over the rest of the country would be light to moderate from the northeast to east with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Meanwhile, Monday temperatures in Metro Manila dropped to a low of 22.3 degrees Celsius at 6:30 a.m., then rose to a high of 33 degrees by 12 p.m. — DVM, GMA News
