Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers in most of PH
The easterlies will be affecting southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
The regions of CARAGA, Davao and SOOCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to the easterlies.
The Bicol Region, the Visayas, and the rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau warns that flash floods may occur during severe thunderstorms.
The forecast wind speed for extreme northern Luzon is moderate moving in the northeast direction with moderate coastal weather condition.
The rest of Luzon will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to southeast with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
The Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to southeast with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
