PAGASA monitors 2 Low Pressure Areas

The Low Pressure Area was estimated to be at 195 kilometers southwest of Sinait, Ilocos Sur early Wednesday morning, PAGASA reported.

Another LPA was estimated at 335 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan.

With these weather systems, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the trough of LPA.

The Visayas and Mindanao regions will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns that residents be vigilant as flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed in extreme northern Luzon is moderate moving northeast to east while coastal waters will be moderate.

Wind speed for the rest of the country will be light to moderate moving southwest to west while coastal water conditions remain slight to moderate.
