Most of PHL will be cloudy with isolated rains

The ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) will continue to affect eastern Luzon on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

The weather condition in Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods and landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA warns.

The wind speed forecast in northern Luzon is light to moderate moving in the southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

For the rest of the country, wind speed will be light to moderate moving southeast to south with slight to moderate coastal water condition.
