ITCZ over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone will be affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

Metro Manila and the rst of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warned that flash floods and landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast wind speed for Palwan, Visayas, and Mindanao is light to moderate moving eastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Wind speed forecast for the rest of Luzon is light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
