Cloudy, isolated rainshowers forecast for most of PHL

The ridge of a High Pressure Area will be affecting Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning weather forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Flooding and land slides may occur during severe thunderstorms, the weather bureau warned.

Forecast wind speed in Luzon and the Visayas is light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.

In Mindanao, wind speed will be light to moderate moving south to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
