Eastern Visayas, Caraga will have cloudy skies with rainshowers due to easterlies


The easterlies will affecting the whole country on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Eastern Visayas and Caraga will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to the easterlies.

Residents in these areas are warned that flash floods and landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast in the eastern sections of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be moderate to strong, moving east to northeast as coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
