Cloudy April Fool's Day in Metro Manila, other parts of the country

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed in the eastern section of northern Luzon is light to moderate and moving in the east to southeast while the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

For the rest of the country, the forecast wind speed is light to moderate, moving in the east to northeast while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. -- BAP, GMA News
