Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies, scattered rains due to the Tail-End of the Frontal System


The Tail - End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) will be affecting the eastern section of southern Luzon while the northeast monsoon will be affecting the rest of Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

The Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms brought about by the Tail-End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) while flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be light to moderate.
