ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao, Visayas, and Palawan while the easterlies will be affecting the rest of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported i its early morning forecast.
Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for the entire country is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
