LPA to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA
At 3 a.m. on Tuesday, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 190 kilometers north northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 340 km East of Infanta, Quezon.
PAGASA reported that the Visayas, Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the LPA with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
