The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast issued Wednesday afternoon.
Davao Region, Sultan Kudarat, South Cotabato, and Sarangani will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms.
These weather conditions may cause flash floods or landslides.
The whole country will experience light to moderate winds along with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 5:45 a.m. on Thursday. —Jiselle Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
