Extreme northern Luzon to get light rain due to northeasterly surface windflow

The northeasterly surface windflow will bring isolated light rains to extreme northern Luzon, PAGASA said Sunday.

According to the state weather bureau, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, and Apayao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. No significant impact is expected.

Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the trough of a low-pressure area, while the rest of the country will experience cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the localized thunderstorms,.

Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms is expected.

The sun will set at 5:37 p.m. today. — Sherylin Untalan/BM, GMA Integrated News
