Northeasterly Windflow to bring rains in parts of Luzon


The Northeasterly Windflow is affecting several areas in Northern and Central Luzon, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast on Wednesday.

Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with rains due to the effects of the Northeasterly Windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

The shearline, meanwhile, bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.

Meanwhile, North and Central Luzon is forecast to have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters.

PAGASA said the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
