PAGASA: 3 weather systems to bring rains over Philippines

Three weather systems may bring rains over parts of the country, PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. bulletin on Monday.

Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are forecast over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya due to shear line.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected over Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region due to the northeast monsoon (Amihan) while cloudy skies with rains may be experienced over the rest of Cagayan Valley.

The rest of country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned the public against rain-induced flash floods and landslides over the affected areas.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough waters may prevail over seaboards of northern Luzon.

The rest of the country may experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.

The sun will set at 5:32 p.m on Monday. It will rise on Tuesday at 5:49 a.m.—Sundy Locus/LDF, GMA Integrated News
