Amihan to bring rain, cloudy conditions over Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan would continue to affect Luzon, bringing rain and cloudy conditions over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon, PAGASA said in a Saturday afternoon forecast.

The rest of Luzon would experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain.

The Bicol Region, Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao would meanwhile be under the influence of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

These areas could expect partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Northern Luzon; the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, and the Visayas would experience strong winds with rough coastal waters, while the rest of Luzon and the eastern section of Mindanao would experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal conditions.

The rest of the country would have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
