Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains .

Meanwhile, strong winds with rough waters may be felt over Southern Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao. The forecast for the rest of the country is moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters.
