Multiple weather systems continue to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH

Multiple weather systems will continue to bring cloudy conditions over several parts of the country, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon.
Visayas, Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte may see cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.
The easterlies may bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Northern Mindanao, the Davao Region, and the rest of Caraga, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will cause cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.
Flash floods or landslides may occur because of these weather conditions.
Meanwhile, strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough seas may be expected in Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
The eastern section of Mindanao and the rest of Luzon may observe moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:25 a.m. on Thursday. — Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
