PAGASA: Rains likely across PH due to 4 weather systems
Four weather systems will affect the Philippines on Wednesday and will bring rains, PAGASA said in its weather bulletin.
Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms as a result of the shear line.
Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to easterlies.
Residents in these areas are advised to be alert for possible flash floods or landslides due to the moderate to heavy rains.
Palawan will likewise experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms brought by the trough of low pressure area.
The Northeast Monsoon or amihan will give the Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley cloudy skies with rains while Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the same weather condition.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
