The heat index is the measure of the temperature that a person feels in contrast to the actual air temperature.

On Saturday, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan while the easterlies will affect the rest of Luzon, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
