Thunderstorms in NCR, parts of Regions 3, 4A early hours of Monday —PAGASA
Parts of Metro Manila and some provinces in Central Luzon and Calabarzon are experiencing moderate to intense rain with lightning and strong winds in the early hours of Monday, PAGASA said.
In thunderstorm advisories issued past midnight, the state weather bureau said that the following areas are already experiencing "heavy to intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds" that "may persist within [two] hours and may affect nearby areas":

- Mexico
Metro Manila
- Navotas
- Malabon
- Valenzuela
- Caloocan
- Manila
Bulacan
- Meycauayan
- Obando
- Malolos
- Bulakan
- Paombong
Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds, meanwhile, are expected within the next two hours in Tarlac, Rizal, Cavite, Quezon, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bataan and Laguna.
"All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides," PAGASA said.
It earlier said that a low pressure area within the Philippine Area of Responsibility east of Virac, Catanduanes has a "low" chance of developing into a tropical depression. — BM, GMA Integrated News
