Cloudy skies with rains in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon, Visayas due to easterlies
Metro Manila, parts of Luzon and certain areas in the Visayas will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the easterlies, PAGASA said on Wednesday.
As of 2 a.m., the weather bureau said the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has a "medium" chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the LPA being monitored inside the PAR has dissipated.
Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Isabela, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Capiz, Aklan, Cebu, and Bohol will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms brought by the easterlies.
Cloudy skies with isolated light rains will also be experienced in Batanes, Cagayan, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte.
The rest of Luzon and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to the easterlies.
Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
