Cloudy skies with rains to prevail in parts of PH

Parts of the country will have cloudy skies with rain due to the prevailing four weather systems, PAGASA said on Wednesday.

As this developed, the new low pressure area being monitored was estimated at 370 kilometers north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes. 

Mindanao, Southern Leyte, Cebu, Bohol, and Siquijor will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

Cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thnderstorms will prevail over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, and QuezonPartly as a result of easterlies.

Batanes will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought by the northeasterly windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
